2022 Thanksgiving Giveaway
This year's giveaway looked a little different than past ones, but it was still a huge success as many local area organizations and charities needed food for Thanksgiving. In all, 800 Turkeys were distributed and found their way to charities on the front lines. God Bless, and we look forward to more as a family and company.

R.J. Valente Gravel, Inc. and Capital District Regional Off-Track Betting (Capital OTB) will partner for the seventh consecutive year for a turkey giveaway in the parking lot of the Clubhouse Racebook on Wednesday, November 24, 2021. This will be the two capital region businesses' 7th annual holiday turkey giveaway. We will be giving away 1400 turkeys again this year. Special thanks to event sponsors, The Brockman family, Arthur J Gallagher Ins., Kenworth, Shop Rite, PKS, and Rifenburg Companies.
The Clubhouse Racebook is located at 711 Central Avenue in the City of Albany, and the giveaway is projected to begin at 11 am Wednesday. The Valente family will fill one of their tractor-trailers with turkeys and provide them at no cost.
Amazon Warehouse - Schodack NY
R.J Valente Gravel continues to deliver products for a new $100 million Amazon distribution center on Route 9 in Schodack, NY. The one-million-square-foot warehouse will likely be completed sometime in 2020 when it will become Amazon's first large-scale distribution center in upstate New York.
