Founded by Roddy Valente, the company began with just one dump truck and a bulldozer. Roddy’s wife handled dispatch calls from their kitchen while he hauled, loaded, and operated equipment—doing whatever it took to get the job done right.
Through determination and an unwavering commitment to quality, R.J. Valente has grown from a small, hands-on operation into one of Upstate New York’s most respected aggregate suppliers.
Today, the company remains family-owned and operated, with Roddy’s children Daniella and Stephen, and nephew Anthony proudly carrying the tradition forward.
