The region's largest homebuilders saw the number of new-home sales rise slightlyin 2025, including one builder who sold more than 50 homes in their largest neighborhood to date.
Those numbers come from this week's Homebuilders List — available in full forsubscribers below — which looks at which homebuilders sold the most homes inthe four core counties of the region: Albany, Rensselaer, Saratoga andSchenectady. The data comes from deeds filed with the four counties for the 2025calendar year.
